The star of insight and deep study. The classics associated it with fields that look inward: metaphysics, philosophy, traditional medicine.
Look up the four branches from the day stem: Jia and Yi see Zi and Wu; Bing and Ding see Mao and You; Wu and Ji see Chen, Xu, Chou and Wei; Geng and Xin see Yin and Hai; Ren and Gui see Si and Shen.

In practice it reads as enjoying the study of patterns and being willing to dig into one subject for a long time.
