Related clients: the WeChat and Douyin mini-programs branded "Baifuliang" share the same account system and are covered by these terms.

Please read these terms in full before registering, especially the liability sections. By ticking the box and completing registration you accept them.

1. Scope and acceptance

1. These terms cover the website, the app, and the mini-programs that share our account system.
2. Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer form part of the agreement. Where a document is specific to a topic, that document governs (personal data: Privacy Policy; nature of output: Disclaimer).
3. If you are under 18, read these terms with a guardian and use the Service with their consent. The Service is not offered to children under 14.

2. Accounts

1. Registration: mobile number plus a password of at least 6 characters (letters, digits and symbols all allowed). Registering signs you in; the same number cannot register twice.
2. Identity verification: certain features (for example payments) may require verification where the law requires it. We do not offer cash withdrawal.
3. Account security: keep your password safe. Activity under your account is treated as yours. If you suspect unauthorised use, change your password and contact us.
4. Ownership: an account is personal. Do not give, lend, rent, sell or transfer it, and do not register with someone else's information.
5. Staying signed in: to save you repeated sign-ins we keep a long-lived session on your device, which ends when you sign out, clear browser data, or delete your account.

3. The Service and changes to it

1. The Service provides: chart calculation from birth details, period analysis, ten-domain results, guidance and date selection, two-person comparison, decision-mathematics tools (entropy, Markov decision processes, Nash equilibrium, risk tiers and similar), an AI assistant, and records and progress tracking.
2. Some features need a profile or an account; cross-device access needs cloud sync.
3. We may add, change, suspend or retire features for product, technical or compliance reasons, announcing material changes in-product. If a change materially reduces a paid entitlement we will notify you in advance and offer a remedy such as a pro-rata refund.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

1. use the Service for anything unlawful, or rely on it for medical diagnosis, forensic work, or investment decisions;
2. submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, violent, terrorist, gambling or drug-related content, or another person's private data without consent;
3. scrape, crawl, mass-register, credential-stuff, stress-test, attack, reverse-engineer or bypass the Service;
4. copy, modify, translate, compile, decompile, rent, lend or redistribute our code, algorithms, interface or data, or use them to train a competing model;
5. conduct business under our name — reselling, acting as an agent, deceptive marketing, impersonating us;
6. otherwise interfere with the Service or harm other users.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, and report suspected offences to the authorities.

5. Intellectual property

1. Software, algorithms, interface design, documents, charts and trademarks (including "Daojitong") belong to us or our licensors.
2. Your birth details, profiles and records belong to you. You allow us to process them to provide the Service (for example syncing, calculation and display).
3. You may save and share your own results for personal, non-commercial use, but must keep attribution and must not use them to mislead or advertise.
4. Open-source components (for example KaTeX) remain under their own licences.

6. Paid plans

1. Prices and entitlements are those published on the Pricing page. Core features are usable without payment; the paid tier adds unlimited profiles, cloud sync and the template library.
2. Payment is processed by a licensed provider once checkout opens. We do not store card details.
3. Refunds: orders not materially used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Beyond that, and for used entitlements, statutory rules and platform policies apply.
4. Recurring billing: if offered, we will clearly state the renewal before charging, and you can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
5. Invoices can be requested as described on the Pricing page.

7. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including local-first storage, minimum collection, per-account isolation and HTTPS transport. Please read it for your rights and how to exercise them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

1. Nature of output. Results are calculations and inferences from traditional rules and mathematical models. They are for information and self-reflection. They are not a prediction, and not medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for significant decisions.
2. No fortune assertion. We make no promises about specific outcomes. We do not use fear-driven copy to drive purchases, and we do not sell rituals, talismans or third-party "remedies". Anyone asking you for money in our name is not acting for us.
3. Input dependence. Output depends on the accuracy of what you enter, especially birth time and place. If your birth time is uncertain, our reverse-inference tool can help, but results may still deviate.
4. Availability. We work to keep the Service available, but interruption or delay may occur through force majeure, network or device failure, third-party outages or maintenance. Do not treat the Service as your only copy of anything important — enable cloud sync or keep your own records.
5. Liability cap. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event.
6. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by our intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination and account deletion

1. You may delete your account at any time in "Me → Account". Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 15 working days and cannot be recovered.
2. We may suspend or terminate the Service to you for serious breaches.
3. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will announce it in advance and leave time to export what you need.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update; if you disagree, stop using it and delete your account.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be raised with us; if we cannot resolve them, either party may bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction where the defendant is domiciled.
