Ren is the peak of the day stem: sharpness, decisiveness and drive, and also the risk of being so rigid that it snaps.
Look up the four branches from the day stem: Jia sees Mao, Yi sees Yin, Bing and Wu see Wu, Ding and Ji see Si, Geng sees You, Xin sees Shen, Ren sees Zi, Gui sees Hai. When it appears in the month branch, the chart pattern is read as the Yang Blade pattern.
