- 2. Mark how controllable each one is
- 3. Shift effort toward the controllable share
What you will see
- The controllable, partly controllable and uncontrollable proportions
- Factors ranked by controllability
- Which few items give the most leverage
- A way to handle the parts you cannot control
FAQ
If controllability is low, should I quit?
Not necessarily. Low controllability means adjusting expectations and preparing responses rather than pushing harder.
Do the factors need to be detailed?
Detailed enough that you can actually do something about each one.
Does this change my scores?
No. It is a standalone tool reading the factors you enter.
